     Aromatherapy

One of the reasons why we use aromatherapy is for relaxation. There are many ways in which you can relax; one way is to take a bath. You can mix your own essential oils for the ultimate bath and then light some aromatherapy candles, perfect for a bath for one for two. You will feel energized and relaxed. These essential oils you will be bale to find in bath store or nature store.

You will need Chamomile, Lavender, Marjoram, Neroli, Orange and Petitgrain, all essential oils. If you follow these instructions you will have the best bath of your life. First add about 3 to 5 drops of 2 of these oils, you can pick whichever two you want. Then before you go to bed, place 2 to 4 drops of the oils, again your choice on your pillow. Chamomile and Lavender work best because they have soothing powers.

Do not use any of the essential oils that are not listed above, some may have different affects on sleep. Don’t apply the oils to the skin directly, they can cause skin irritations. After touching the oils don’t touch your eye, rinse with cold water if you accidentally touch it. Don’t use the oils too close to a flame and keep them away from children and pets. Just sit back and enjoy with bath, maybe have a glass of wine or some hot tea.
